As like many people in the region, we too lost a tree due to the high winds in last night's storm. The fruit tree in the front of the house is gone. It was completely uprooted and I sliced it up early in the morning so it didn't blow into the house. Luckily the only damage was the tree itself. The house is fine. (whew!)
