Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday Ryan and his classmates whent to Clarks Farm & Petting Zoo. Ryan got to pick a pumpkin and pet animals too. He also got to ride his first horse too. 

Vacation at the Lake

Our trip to Keuka Lake was fantastic! It was relaxing for all and Ryan had a wonderful time. He spent a lot of time in the water and playing with the rocks on the beach. He can't wait to go back again soon.

4th of July at the Park

It was a nice relaxing 4th of July for us. In the morning we went to Patapsco State Park which we discovered was only 10 minutes from the house. We went hiking on the .3 mile path, looked at the rapids and played at the playground. The rest of the day was spent at home relaxing and playing.

A Day At The Zoo

We went to the DC Zoo on Saturday. Ryan liked the kid's zoo section and running through the sprinklers too cool off.

Thought I'd share some pictures of what I've been up to during the weekends. I've been taking down the tree in the front of the yard. My little helper (whom you see in one of the pictures), has been a great assistant with picking up sticks, but mostly he just supervises.

I have a lot more to still cut up. We will most likely have a professional come in and cut out the rest of the stump so we can plant some grass seed in it's place. It's a big job, but really looking nice.

Ryan Turns 2!!!

Here are pictures from Ryan's birthday party on Saturday. We can't belive that he's 2 years old already! Ryan had a fantastic time playing with his cousins. He had so much fun he slept right through naptime! Wow...that was a fun day!

Spring Time

The neighborhood is really beginning to look like spring. There are two trees by the front of the house that are blossoming. The birds are flying all around. Ryan wants to go (oweside) all time time.

Easter Sunday

Here are a few pictures of Ryan in his Easter outfit. It was a fantastic day today with family and Ryan had a great time.

With all the snow we had last night, Ryan had to come out to play. He's been out in the snow once before, but today was the first time in his new sled that he got for Christmas. Isn't it cool how the inflatable sides come up to protect him? He doesn't like touching the snow too much because of how cold it is, but he had a lot of fun being pulled around all over the place.

Winter Storm 2006

Some people in our area got almost 2 feet of snow. I think we got about a foot and a half. It didn't look like it was going to be a bad storm when we went to sleep last night, but I guess we were wrong.
